Tuition can be paid monthly, quarterly or yearly. Each class is scheduled to meet 32 times during the session. Should any class meet less than 30 times, 1 make-up class will be scheduled. Tuition is due the 1st class of each month or quarter; we do not send out bills. A 10% late fee is charged for payment made after the 10th of the month. PLEASE NOTE: If your student is in the last class of the day and you are late picking her up, you will be charged $5 per 5 minutes which must be paid to the instructor having to wait.
If you do not pay the late fee that night, the fee will be assessed on your account.
10. STUDENT PROTECTION POLICY: We’re a studio with multiple safety features in place: Once students have entered that classroom, the door between the waiting area & the classroom will be closed and locked; in an emergency, students & instructor can leave through the door but only persons buzzed through by office personnel can enter the secure area. Each student will have an ID card with a number code specific to that student and an Emergency Code word; the card will be scanned at arrival and dismissal by office personnel; if the card is not with the adult picking up, that adult will need to tell office personnel the Emergency Code Word supplied to the office by the parents. Following policy is mandatory & offers a non-threatening way to ensure the safety of all students. Our instructors do not prop open doors & are responsible for monitoring the coming & going of students to the front office.
11. Proper attire & dance shoes must always be worn by students during class, practices and performances. Without these, a student will not be permitted in class. Students must enter the studio classroom with leotard & tights on, plain shorts (optional) and no clothing over their leotard and tights. Each must also wear a cover-up when entering & leaving the studio. Street shoes must be removed before entering the classroom as a sign of reverence & respect for the dance area. Dance shoes should never be worn outside.
12. Refer a student to the studio-receive $5 off your tuition the month following the Enrollment. Donate a pair of gently used dance shoes to the studio and receive a $2.50 per pair credit on your account.
